Very beautiful setting, far enough from noise but close to walk to the main beach which was a beautiful stroll Room was beautiful, breakfast was great alot of options

The staff was lovely and were very attentive, especially the general manager who took care of all my needs and went above and beyond. He helped facility a late check out for me at no cost and made sure I was super comfortable throughout my stay. I enjoyed my stay mostly because of them.

Super peaceful and quiet. The beach was absolutely stunning. Great location, near Paje and Jambiani. The villas were very cute and we loved the hammocks outside! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, especially the egg station. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and the turn down service was appreciated.

I will say the check-in staff and reception service was welcoming. I felt like I could go to the front desk and ask for assistance and they would make an effort or attempt to listen to my concerns. Edina ran the front desk, and should get more recognition how she was holding things down with professionalism. The food was delicious and great cocktails, and the management service lead by Charles was supportive

My husband and I stayed at Hakuna Majiwe for our honeymoon and absolutley loved it here! The facilities at this hotel are great, rooms are spacious and clean, swimming pool is large and restaurant is great. The team at Hakuna Majiwe are all friendly, warm and incredibly helpful, from the manager Sourav to restaurant staff and the ladies who cleaned our room. Anything we wanted or any problems we encountered were quickly resolved. The hotel is located near the end of Paje beach, a great place to stay and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. The location meant we were able to enjoy Paje's amazing white sand and beautiful beach but were away from all the 'beach boys' trying to sell you tours and trinkets. We greatly enjoyed stay and we will definitely be visiting again!

We liked the hotel area, with many trees, swimming pool, nice restaurant area, nice room in african style with a ocean view. It was relatively quiet with not many people (law season) and we could relax good.

Its a big resort with really nice ocean facing rooms. Our room had a small terrace with a swing which we loved. we hung out there most of our time. The internet connection was good, I had video calls and most of the time it went smoothly. The staff were exceptional and very accommodating. George was super kind and he always brought us the best juices they were so good. Even the reception ladies helped me get my hair braided and were very helpful and nice. We stayed for 4 nights and every day the housekeeping was done perfectly. We absolutely loved our stay here.
